Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

• To generate and store your character identity kits and prompts.
• To process credit purchases and track your balance.
• To provide the public Consistency Score tool and store its results.
• To communicate account, billing, and product updates.
• To analyze and improve the quality and reliability of the service.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured infrastructure. Uploaded reference images and generated portraits are retained so you can revisit and re-lock characters. The Consistency Score tool does not retain raw uploaded images; only the analysis results and an optional email are stored. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on Stripe for payment processing and AI model providers for generation and analysis. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your account data. You can delete individual characters from your dashboard at any time. To request full account deletion, contact support.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics to understand feature usage. No cross-site advertising tracking is performed.

7. Children's Privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us for removal.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app or communicated by email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
